We're seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives (SDRs). Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies, providing guidance and support to your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SDR team, tracking progress and addressing any performance issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and align strategies with overall business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 5 years B2B sales experience, including at least two years managing an SDR function.
  • Significant experience using HubSpot to manage tasks and priorities, as well as recording phone calls and email comms.
  • Experience coaching a team of new SDRs to cold call effectively, to book meetings and demos.
  • A high level of creativity, superior attention to detail, and impeccable writing skills.
  • Excellent use of technology to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
