In your role at Redde Northgate plc, you will play a vital part in mitigating legal risks by providing guidance and support to the commercial team and executive board during the tendering and negotiation stages of business transactions, ensuring adherence to pertinent risk management protocols.
As our Corporate Legal Advisor, your daily responsibilities will primarily include advising, drafting, amending, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial agreements, as well as offering legal counsel on various issues from contract interpretation to updates in relevant legislation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with a practicing certificate and possess a minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in the commercial sector, whether in-house or in private practice.
- You should have a proven track record in drafting and negotiating contracts, with a solid understanding of commercial transactions and the ability to consider the business implications beyond the documentation.
