We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at ACS Business Performance Ltd. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
