Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee pivotal service accounts, focusing on fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance relationships with Key Service Accounts to maximize revenue and service utilization.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services, including Fire Detection, CCTV, Access Control, and more.
- Achieve sales targets and manage order acquisition from designated accounts.
- Support the Technical Operations Manager by assisting with site surveys and preparing maintenance quotations.
- Utilize value-based selling techniques to align with clients' operational and financial goals.
- Leverage knowledge of Senseco Systems offerings to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with key clients, ensuring efficient site visit coordination.
- Monitor client relationships and address any concerns with the Service Delivery Team.
- Balance time between office duties and site visits to strengthen client connections.
- Participate in client social events to further relationship building.
- Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring consistent maintenance reporting and proactive communication.
- Engage with end users and FM contractors to promote Senseco's solutions.
- Lead a dedicated team, collaborating with technical and customer service leaders to ensure compliance and service excellence.
- Review engineering reports and facilitate quotes for recommended works.
- Collaborate with clients to negotiate annual renewals and orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification in Fire Detection & Alarm systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Fire Detection, EVCS, and Gas Suppression Systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in consultative and value-based selling.
- Proficient in presentation, negotiation, and financial tools.
- Demonstrated experience in technical roles within the life safety sector.
