- As a Retail Sales Representative at Claire's, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to meet retail sales objectives
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance sales
- Creating a fun and engaging shopping atmosphere for our customers
- Showcasing Claire's product range
- Assisting customers with inquiries using your extensive product knowledge
- Helping with inventory management, visual displays, stock assessments, pricing adjustments, and promotional activities
- Performing ear piercing (comprehensive training will be provided)
- Maintaining an attractive and welcoming store environment

About You
- Some high school education is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic proficiency in computer operations
- Recognizes the significance of outstanding customer service
- Solid understanding of basic mathematics and strong reading comprehension
- Capable of standing for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable with bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders or step stools while managing merchandise and assisting customers
- Proficient in operating the POS system
