Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Burton upon Trent, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support the store's day-to-day operations.
  • Greet and assist customers with product selection, providing product knowledge and advice.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks, meeting sales targets set by store management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
