  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations governing the property management industry.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, or in a similar role within the residential property sector.
  • A strong track record of success in generating new business and managing a profitable portfolio.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence.
