  • Order Management: Process orders accurately onto our Access Supply Chain and manage online ordering.
  • Payment Processing: Take credit card payments for orders when required and manage high-quality business calls.
  • Quote Management: Chase quotes and ensure all clients receive exceptional care.
  • Site Visits: Host site visits for customers and attend customer premises to network and generate referral business.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM systems updated and accurate and conduct handover meetings for accounts transitioning to Sales Admin/Kitchen Quotes.
  • Business Prospecting: Prospect new business for your zone and follow up on promotions with your customer base.
  • Commercial Awareness: Work closely with customers to promote rebates, displays, and samples to secure business.
  • Discount Management: Review customer discounts and ensure strong commercial awareness aligned with our business strategy.
