Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
As a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering administrative services that meet agreed service levels and data input to relevant systems and software. You will also be responsible for data checking, verification, reconciliation, and analysis to identify problematic issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our team
- Ensuring accurate and relevant data is maintained, including electronic and hard copy filing
- Extracting data for query resolution and providing general administrative support
- Producing invoices and resolving queries with suppliers
- Checking, processing, and payment of invoices
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent IT skills, with experience in a range of software packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will also have great organizational and time management skills, with the ability to demonstrate good team working skills.
Confident communication skills, including telephone call handling and email/written correspondence, are essential. You will also be open and comfortable with change, new processes, and new ways of working.
