Pertemps SSDC - DDT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50-60 calls a day on an automated dialler to engage with customers and build rapport.
- Develop and present tailored offers that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations.
- Achieve sales targets of 3-6 sales per day, consistently meeting or exceeding the performance of the existing team.
- Ensure compliance with all processes, regulations, and industry standards in every interaction.
Requirements:
- 12 months of experience in targeted phone sales within the last 3 years, or equivalent experience in a Call Centre or Retail Sales environment.
- A quiet and dedicated workspace at home, with minimal distractions.
- Comfortable working remotely and adapting to changing circumstances.
- A strong desire to exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compliance.
