About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rapid Response Officer to join our team in Melksham. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable supply of electricity to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and operate safely to deliver optimum performance against set targets.
  • Ensure all safety, quality, technical, and commercial requirements are met while providing world-class customer service.
  • Operate on a LV Distribution network and have familiarity with Operational Practice.
Requirements
  • A formal qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • 11kV SAP status would be advantageous but is not a necessity.
