Job Title: EYFS Teacher - Primary Education Specialist

Job Summary:

Protocol Education is seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS Teacher to join our team of educational professionals. As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children, delivering engaging and challenging lessons, and working collaboratively with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Management: Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth in children.
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children, incorporating the EYFS curriculum and national standards.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assess children's progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and national standards.
  • Experience: Proven experience in teaching EYFS, with a focus on creating engaging and challenging lessons.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
