Job Title: Principal Test Engineer

Leonardo is seeking a highly skilled Principal Test Engineer to join our team in the Intelligence Solutions business. As a key member of our Test & Release capability, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and services.
  • Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure the successful delivery of test projects and programmes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to ensure the successful delivery of test projects and programmes.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to test engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality test projects and programmes.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in test management, including test planning, test execution, and test automation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality test projects and programmes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of test engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
