Job Description:

Leonardo is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our Intelligence Solutions business. As a key member of our Test & Release capability, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop corrective action plans.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to stakeholders to ensure they are equipped to perform good practice test and transition activities.
  • Engage in end-to-end programme activities from requirements to hands-on testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including instruction guides, procedure guides, and technical reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a test manager role, with extensive knowledge of test automation, test architecture, and test strategy.
  • Strong understanding of test methodologies, including planning and delivery of test activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
