About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment is working with a well-established Housing Association in the North West region who are looking to appoint a permanent Asset Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful management of housing schemes.

About The Role:

  • Develop and deliver investment programmes through the use of data intelligence to drive business growth and improve asset performance.
  • Play a lead role in the development of maintenance programmes, ensuring that the required standards are achieved and that work is planned to minimise disruption to residents and maximise effectiveness.
  • Responsible for inspection and stock condition surveys, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • To lead on the collection and interpretation of asset data to enable sound investment decisions and inform business strategy.
  • Responsible for budget management, tendering and procurement of services and maintaining strong relationships with contractors to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements:

  • RICS or CIOB qualification is desirable.
  • Experience of working in an Asset Management role at a senior or managerial level.
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems to drive business efficiency and productivity.
