Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team at Wrightington Wigan & Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Recruitment Team, you will play a vital role in providing a proactive, solution-focused, and high-quality Recruitment Service to achieve service objectives and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Recruitment process from end to end, including medical staff changeover, to ensure timely delivery of a quality recruitment service for all staff groups within allocated divisions.
- Engage with Recruitment Assistants to undertake pre-employment clearances and ensure the timely delivery of a quality recruitment service.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Recruiting Managers to provide a client-centred Recruitment Service.
- Provide advice to Recruiting Managers to ensure their recruitment is processed efficiently and in line with Trust Policies and procedures, and with legislation and best practice.
- Maintain a green dashboard within the TRAC Recruitment Management system each day and ensure that all messages are actioned within defined KPIs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of Recruitment processes and procedures, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
