Primary Learning Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Harrow. As a Primary Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Deliver small-group interventions and one-to-one support to students who require additional help.
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Guide and motivate students to develop their skills and confidence, enabling them to succeed in their academic and personal lives.
About You:
  • You hold a First-Class or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK University.
  • You are passionate about supporting children with SEN and have a strong academic background.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • You are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students and are eager to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and dynamic team.
