About the Opportunity

We are working with a Primary school in Barnet to find a Learning Support Assistant to start immediately. This is a long-term opportunity that is likely to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils with a range of needs in either Key Stage 1 or 2, either within the classroom or in the SEN resource base.
  • Develop a career in Education working alongside experienced and qualified SEN professionals.
About You

We are looking for someone with experience supporting pupils with a range of needs in an EYFS, Primary or Secondary setting. You should have a proactive mindset and the ability to think on your feet during challenging situations.

  • You should be able to demonstrate professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters, including personal care.
  • Most importantly, you should have a genuine passion for working with children with SEND and a desire to build long-lasting, rewarding relationships.
