Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support and manage administrative tasks for the clinical team.
- Utilize proficient IT skills, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, prioritizing tasks effectively and working independently.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
- Manage time efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
- Possess a minimum of two years of relevant secretarial experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in audio typing.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Ability to produce high-quality outgoing correspondence.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Contract Details
This position is available on a fixed-term or secondment basis for 18 months, with a full-time commitment of 37 hours per week.
Location and Work Schedule
The role will be based within a specialized healthcare unit, with the working pattern to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
