Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist at Publicis Groupe. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across various sectors of our organization on a worldwide basis.

Your responsibilities will include leveraging multiple sourcing channels to discover potential candidates, engaging with passive talent, and developing talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands. You will work closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to pinpoint and evaluate candidates for the hiring managers you support. The ideal candidate will possess curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to navigate complex recruitment challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to source top-tier talent for the organization
  • Engage in briefing discussions with hiring managers to comprehend team needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through virtual platforms and phone interviews
  • Employ various sourcing strategies tailored to business requirements
  • Connect with potential candidates using contemporary outreach methods
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates and provide insightful feedback to hiring managers
  • Maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates
  • Broaden the candidate pool through referrals
  • Stay updated on top talent in the market through research and event participation
  • Utilize data and insights to enhance market understanding
  • Build and manage talent pipelines aligned with business needs
  • Foster strong internal and candidate relationships through effective communication

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to grasp immediate hiring needs and long-term objectives
  • Strong multitasking capabilities in a complex setting
  • Hands-on experience with diverse sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Desire to innovate and implement new recruitment strategies
  • Proven ability to cultivate positive business relationships
  • Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable analyzing data to influence stakeholders
  • Adaptable and motivated to thrive in a dynamic environment
