Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and Sell New Homes: Utilize your exceptional sales and negotiation skills to promote and sell new homes to clients, ensuring a seamless and successful transaction process.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, property developers, and prospective investors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage Sales Process: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from initial enquiries to closing deals, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Coordinate Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, both independently and with clients, to showcase properties and facilitate sales.
  • Provide Market Insights: Stay informed about property sales laws and provide clients with accurate information about the market and our properties.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in New Homes or Estate Agency is highly desirable.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients and buyers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional appearance and business-like attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Working Hours

The working hours for this role are 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
