Etoso is a leading provider of sustainability reporting services, specialising in helping companies prepare comprehensive reports on their sustainable development initiatives. With a team of experienced professionals and a deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards, we assist organisations in accurately measuring, managing, and communicating their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

**Role Objective**:
Your role will involve the creation and execution of our sales strategy to move our business forward its next stages.

**Location**:
Hybrid - Our offices are based in Canary Wharf with the opportunity to work from home too.

**Reports to**:
You will be reporting to the CEO.

Primary responsibilities:

- Find and connect with new clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.
- Create and implement Etoso’s sales strategy.
- Assume responsibility for tracking and enhancing key business performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer acquisition.
- Implement, correct and optimise financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives, market situation and growth targets.
- Expand our client database and sell our software to a wide range of clients.
- Attend public speeches and represent the company and product to external audiences.
- Manage our customers' expectations and facilitate our customers' subscription renewals.
- Participate in the company's marketing activities.
- Weekly reports to CEO.

Secondary responsibilities:

- Identify emerging trends and market opportunities that set us apart from competition.
- Participate in development of Etoso’s business strategy.
- Provide exceptional customer support to our clients.
- Work with our sustainability consultants to ensure a smooth transition of our new client’s post-sale.

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, with a particular focus on software products
- Previous experience within the ESG industry is a significant advantage
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive results
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and support skills
- Strong understanding of various sales methodologies to navigate decision-makers and accelerate the buying cycle
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-level decision-making environments
- Creative problem-solving and high empathy levels to help clients understand their own needs and work with the internal team to create the appropriate solution
