The Role

We are seeking a commercially astute Senior Land Manager to support our business growth in the Eastern region. As a key member of our land team, you will be responsible for investigating and appraising potential sites for development, working closely with our planning, construction, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and appraise potential sites for development, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and manage our land team to achieve business objectives, including negotiating land purchases and settlements.
  • Collaborate with Local Authorities, Estate Agents, and Land Owners to secure land acquisitions and ensure successful planning applications.
  • Contribute to the development of our regional land strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth plans.

Requirements

  • Extensive land experience within the property sector, with a proven track record of acquiring land in city and town centers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence decisions using facts and data.
  • Demonstrable man management experience, including conducting training and one-to-ones.
  • A valid UK driver's license and a competent driver, with a willingness to travel frequently.
