Job Title: Senior Land Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Manager to join our team in the Eastern region. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new sites for development, working closely with our planning, construction, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and appraise potential sites for development, ensuring they meet our company's objectives and standards.
  • Develop and manage our land team to achieve our regional land acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with Local Authorities, Estate Agents, and Land Owners to negotiate site purchases and settlements.
  • Provide detailed reviews of settlements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with our Land Director and other stakeholders to achieve our business growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in land acquisition and development, ideally in the property sector.
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrable man management experience, including conducting training and one-to-ones.
  • Ability to influence decisions using appropriate methods and facts.
  • Valid UK driver's license and competent driver.
