Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Anaesthetics Department as an Anaesthetic Administration Coordinator. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Anaesthetics Department, including managing bookings, updating medical rotas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Assist with the management of the Maternity Outpatients clinic, including liaising with the Obstetrics Anaesthetic team.
  • Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Anaesthetics Support Team Leader to optimize administrative functions and contribute to the performance and care delivery of the department.
  • Demonstrate strong written and communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
