IV Community Nurse Specialist

Bionical Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate IV Community Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Home Parenteral Nutrition service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate seamless transitions from hospital to home care
- Conduct thorough home risk assessments to ensure patient safety
- Administer intravenous medications, including parenteral nutrition and outpatient antibiotic therapies, in patients' homes
- Empower patients and carers to manage their own care, promoting independence and self-sufficiency
- Advocate for patients' needs and interests
- Registered General Nurse with current NMC qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- Confidence in managing clinical and emergency situations
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing circumstances
- Community or TPN experience an advantage, but not essential
- Competitive salary of £38,800 per annum, inclusive of car allowance and mileage reimbursement
