Job Title: Community Staff Nurse

As a Community Staff Nurse, you will be working for a leading healthcare provider, delivering a wide range of services including community nursing, district nursing, health visiting, and specialist nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain high standards of care
  • Re-assess and re-evaluate programmes of care when needed
  • Be an active member of the team, sharing best practice and contributing to the clinical delivery of the service
  • Assist with the daily coordination of the team, including daily handover, allocation of work, and managing referrals and telephone messages
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Experience of writing accurate records
  • Evidence of provision of high standards of clinical care
  • Experience in administration of drugs or willingness to attend study days
  • Knowledge of standard setting/clinical audit
  • Community experience/community placement
What We Offer:
  • An excellent salary of £31,163 - £37,875 per annum, Band 5 and Band 6 available inclusive HCAS
  • A permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours a week
