About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project and Estates Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with clinical colleagues to resolve day-to-day site issues, contractual challenges, and projects.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of Estates and Facilities management of the Lymington New Forest Hospital (LNFH) estates portfolio. This will include managing contractors, monitoring contracts, and implementing new policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Key Skills and Experience
- Significant knowledge and experience of estates and facilities management in a multi-agency or complex environment, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience
