About the Role

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Elevate in-store events and draw success from them, ensuring a unique and engaging experience for our customers.
  • Accountable for the smooth running of the store, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events, coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential, and driving sales and customer service targets.
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proof of right to live and work in the country.
