Hireful Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Generous Giving Administrator. As a key member of our office team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, processing, and managing regular gifts from a variety of channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and process gifts from various sources, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.
- Comply with data protection regulations and maintain giver confidentiality.
- Support new parishes through their registration process and register new parishes on our management database.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects, initiatives, and operational improvement tasks.
- Assist with communications, meetings, and events.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to givers and parishes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy office environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
