About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from healthcare facilities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during transportation, promoting a positive and calming environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and transportation.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate within the last 3 years (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
