About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and transport services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and transport services
  • Work effectively as part of a close-knit team to achieve excellent care outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience
  • Maintain Enhanced DBS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate resilience and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will work a 40.3 hour contract, with a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends. We reserve the right to adjust working times with reasonable notice.

Salary and Benefits:

The role is paid at a blended rate of £12.37p/h, with annual remuneration starting from £26,593.80. Shift pay enhancements are also available for call-in or overtime shifts.
