Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care home sector.
- Engage with C-Suite decision-makers through outbound calls and meetings.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the company's growth targets through effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Experience in developing, growing, and retaining client relationships.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Resilient and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Innovative and proactive with a strategic mindset.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.
