Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at PHS Group Limited. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our depot, working closely with our technicians, supervisors, and management to allocate work, route, and administer depot activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate work and resources to ensure efficient depot operations
  • Manage data across various systems and compile reports to inform business decisions
  • Raise purchase orders and deal with our supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £24,000 to £24,500 per annum, based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday
