We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at PHS Group Limited. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our depot in Macclesfield.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with technicians, supervisors, and management to allocate work, route, and depot administration.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to accurately deal with their enquiries.
  • Manage data across various systems and compile reports to support business decisions.
  • Raise purchase orders and deal with our supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £24,000 to £24,500 per annum, based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (31 days in total).
