Ofsted Registered Children's Home Manager

Halcyon Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead our residential care team in Preston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and well-being for the children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
- Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted guidelines
- Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, incident reports, and medication records
- Manage budgets, including staff costs, supplies, and services
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
- Identify training needs and develop staff to improve performance
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice
- Registered with Ofsted
- Experience in residential care management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
