Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our children's residential care home in Preston. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective management of the home, ensuring that all young people receive high-quality care and support.

About the Role:

As a Registered Manager, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's residential care home
  • Ensure the home meets Ofsted standards and regulations
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, including deputies, team leaders, and support workers
  • Develop and implement care plans for each young person
  • Work closely with the Regional Inspector to ensure the home meets Ofsted standards
  • Manage the home's budget and resources

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
