Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Everyman Media Group. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve commercial and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the venue management team to maximize service delivery opportunities and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Sous Chef in a fast-paced, branded operation.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for food, drink, and customer service.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with business acumen and self-drive to drive growth and innovation.
- Ability to work closely with the venue management team to achieve business objectives.
