Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Develop and implement menus and food offerings that align with our brand values and customer expectations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the venue management team to maximize service delivery opportunities and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, branded operation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
