Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Account manage existing customers to develop strong relationships and increase sales
- Proactively approach dormant customers to develop new orders and repeat business
- Report on accounts progress to management and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
- Face-to-face meetings with prospective and current clients to build relationships and close deals
- Prospecting and acquiring new business accounts through research and outreach
- Quoting for and winning orders, and attending industry trade shows and association meetings to stay up-to-date on market trends
- Develop a good working knowledge of company products and services
- Able to plan own schedule and work remotely with minimal supervision
- Experience within face-to-face sales and trade shows acting as the company representative
- An ambitious, determined, self-starter with tenacity and drive to seek new business and exceed targets
- Willingness to learn about company products and services, and excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competent computer skills, and experience with Excel and CRM software
- Basic Salary £40,000
- OTE £60,000
- Company Pension and Health Insurance
