Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account manage existing customers to develop strong relationships and increase sales
  • Proactively approach dormant customers to develop new orders and repeat business
  • Report on accounts progress to management and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
  • Face-to-face meetings with prospective and current clients to build relationships and close deals
  • Prospecting and acquiring new business accounts through research and outreach
  • Quoting for and winning orders, and attending industry trade shows and association meetings to stay up-to-date on market trends
  • Develop a good working knowledge of company products and services
Requirements:
  • Able to plan own schedule and work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Experience within face-to-face sales and trade shows acting as the company representative
  • An ambitious, determined, self-starter with tenacity and drive to seek new business and exceed targets
  • Willingness to learn about company products and services, and excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent computer skills, and experience with Excel and CRM software
What We Offer:
  • Basic Salary £40,000
  • OTE £60,000
