We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Executive to join our team at Creature Comforts, a pioneering subscription and membership service in the veterinary space. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming local pet parents into our community, ensuring they feel understood, cared for, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft and execute innovative strategies to engage with pet parents within your local area, ranging from events to casual conversations in the park.
- Lead and inspire a team of brand ambassadors, together amplifying our mission.
- Drive the success of your clinic, including within core membership and additional services, with an eye on sales performance and growth opportunities.
- Develop a genuine, warm presence, more friend than a salesperson, to the community you are building.
- Be a passionate advocate for pets and their well-being.
- A starting salary of £35,000, complemented by a generous bonus linked to your achievements.
