About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Finance Director to join our team at Pladis Global. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and providing strategic business partnering to our customer teams.

Your key deliverables will include developing and delivering financial strategies, providing insightful analysis and recommendations, and leading a team of finance professionals to deliver best-in-class financial management.

You will work closely with our customer teams to understand their needs and develop solutions to drive business growth. Your strong leadership and collaboration skills will be essential in influencing and working effectively with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to customer teams
  • Lead a team of finance professionals to deliver best-in-class financial management
  • Work closely with customer teams to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Influence and work effectively with ambiguity

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with ambiguity
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer finance
