About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Finance Director to join our team at Pladis Global. As a key member of our UK&I leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive long-term sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including customer-facing teams, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to deliver best-in-class financial management and support.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial management and reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing finance role, with a strong understanding of commercial finance principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
