About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Finance Director to join our team at Pladis Global. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive long-term sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including customer-facing teams, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Lead and develop a team of skilled finance professionals to deliver best-in-class financial management.
  • Drive the development and implementation of financial processes and controls to ensure robust financial management and compliance.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience of managing a team of five or more.
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with ambiguity, driving agenda forward.
  • Self-confidence and skill to challenge senior leaders while maintaining robust financial control.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, built over a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
