Creative Support is a leading national non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support services. We are currently seeking a Supported Living Manager to lead one of our supported living facilities. This particular service caters to 7 individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or challenging behaviors. Your primary goal will be to ensure that service users experience fulfilling and meaningful lives within a vibrant, community-oriented environment.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dedicated, and fully committed to delivering high-quality support that empowers individuals to lead enriching lives. As the Supported Living Manager, you will embody and promote the vision and objectives of the service, ensuring that all desired outcomes are met. You will exemplify best practices to your team and confidently manage their performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Registered Service Manager in maintaining compliance with regulatory and commissioner standards as outlined in the service contract.
  • Collaborating with the Registered Service Manager to conduct referral assessments, plan transitions, and work closely with individuals and their support networks to co-create and implement personalized support plans.
  • Engaging effectively with service users, their families, friends, and relevant professionals to provide a service that maximizes client outcomes.
  • Overseeing the performance of approximately 10 staff members through supervision, coaching, and training.
  • Recruiting and selecting staff who are well-suited to meet the needs of service users.
  • Conducting dynamic risk assessments and implementing positive risk management strategies to foster reflective practice and incident management, promoting a culture of learning.
  • Participating in the service rota to provide dignified personal care, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all stakeholders, actively seeking feedback and addressing any concerns.

A valid driving license is desirable to assist service users with mobility needs in the community.
