About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Manager to join our team at LADbible Group. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a unique social strategy across our Instagram and TikTok channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing our brand tone and position within the platforms, developing and executing original formats and content ideas.
  • Using analytics to inform content choices and formats, and overseeing content schedules on Instagram.
  • Targeting wider audiences on Instagram, and working closely with the team to create and curate content for our Instagram feeds and Instagram Stories.
  • Creating and executing both long and short-term growth strategies on Instagram.
Requirements
  • Experience managing highly conceptual creative content for Instagram suitable for a youth audience.
  • A working knowledge of Instagram and proven track record of growing social channels.
  • Digital journalism skills, with a background in news and viral content.
  • A passion for US culture.
  • A keen storyteller with a deep understanding of the interests and passions of 16-34-year-olds.
  • A basic understanding of media law.
  • An understanding of audience analysis, and the ability to tailor content to a range of demographics.
  • Experience within publishing and/or branded content.
  • Impeccable communication skills - both written and verbal.
