About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Register guests into the hotel and check them out efficiently
- Issue guests keys and ensure adherence to hotel policy
- Provide excellent guest service, resolving problems and identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
About You
We are looking for an individual with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
