Energy Transition Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Transition Originator to join our team in Germany. As an Energy Transition Originator, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing energy transition transactions in the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a pipeline of energy transition opportunities, including renewable PPA, battery, flex generation, green certificates, and corporate PPA.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop relevant capabilities, pricing, and trading management tools to support the transition to a renewable energy market in Germany.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive energy transition transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments and regulatory changes in the energy transition market and communicate this information internally.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in execution or management of PPA transactions in Germany.
  • Knowledge of the German Power Market and forecasting/optimisation strategies.
  • Excellent influencing skills and fluency in German and English.
