Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement holistic e-commerce retention strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth
- Manage up to 10 six/seven figure accounts, optimizing email marketing campaigns using the Klaviyo platform
- Collaborate with technical, design, and content teams to create compelling and engaging email content
- Own results that entail subscriptions, memberships, and mobile app performance
- Complete reports with a high degree of accuracy, checking against multiple data points
- Work closely with project managers to ensure strategy is aligned with clients' goals
- Bi-weekly tracking of client pacing about their growth targets and identifying areas of adjustment
- Monthly account performance reporting
- Quarterly planning of roadmaps
- Minimum 2+ years in an e-commerce marketing role, including experience working in a client-facing role, preferably within an agency
- Proven track record in leading a holistic e-commerce retention strategy
- Minimum 1-year experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of cohort analysis, lifetime value optimization, and unit economics
- Skilled in ClickUp or relevant project management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
