Lead Chassis Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Chassis Engineer to join our client's expanding team on a Contract basis.
About the RoleAs a Lead Chassis Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of quality components and systems for new class-leading motorcycles.
- Successfully communicate and work with key internal departments and external service providers and suppliers to ensure quality design and feasibility.
- Approve concept and detail CAD designs and drawings.
- Attend and input into engineering reviews and discussions.
- Occasional travel may be required to support supplier development and product testing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree with a grade of 2:1 or above.
- Practical hands-on engineering and mechanical experience.
- An understanding of motorcycle chassis design and its interaction with powertrain and electronics.
- A minimum of 6 years within a motorcycle engineering background.
